We are excited to be able to offer our Patient Portal very soon. This will allow us to have a secure, password protected two-way communication with our patients who like the convenience of using the Internet.

You will be able to:

• Request appointments
• Request prescription refills
• Make payments on your account.
• Send messages to our Patient Accounts department if you have questions.
• Ask your physician’s nurse a question that can go directly into your electronic chart for your physician to review.
• Receive lab and diagnostic procedure results.
• Send messages to our patient account department if you have questions.

We will be able to:

• Confirm and reschedule appointments
• Send you messages about important facts such as holiday hours and when flu shots are being given.
• Provide health information updates and other changes to our practice.

We will be sending those of you who have shared your e-mail addresses us a notice when the Patient Portal is up and running. We will also have signs and handouts available in our office and will be encouraging you to sign up for this exciting new way to communicate with us.
